Ken Gaalswyk, Project Director, covers the range of domestic and international social, political, and policy issues in his work. Prior to joining PSRAI, Gaalswyk worked as a graduate research assistant at the UCLA School of Public Policy and Social Research and the UCLA Department of Political Science, focusing on health care, Congress, and political parties. He has also worked in the field on numerous political campaigns in California as well as serving an internship in the California State Assembly. Gaalswyk holds an M.A. in Political Science from UCLA, with additional coursework in statistical methods and American politics, and a B.A. in Politics from UCSC.
